Our taproom turns TWO on Saturday, April 6th so we’re releasing a Pilsner by the name of Crispy Boy. This ice cold brewski showcases notes of jean shorts, not touching the thermostat, the aromatics of a freshly mowed lawn and endless appetizers at your favorite chain restaurant. This is our very first batch of lagered suds, so saddle up, gang - we’ve got a big day coming.

Flossmoor Station Brewing Co. is releasing Wooden Hell 2019, our infamous 9.5% ABV barleywine that has been aging in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels for nearly a year.
The Wooden Hell 2019 tapping and bottle release will happen at pre-Dark Lord Day on Friday, May 17 beginning at 4pm. However, if you want to skip the lines, the Station is having a limited presale. During this year's presale, we're offering 3 bottles of Wooden Hell 2019, along with 1 bottle of Wooden Hell 2018. Each bottle costs $20, and 4 bottles must be purchased to participate in the presale. Limit one order per person.
The bottles must be picked up at pDLD. Must be 21 or over and present valid I.D. with receipt when picking up bottles.

Allagash Brewing Co. is teaming up with Off Color Brewing for the Chicago celebration of our fifth annual Saison Day on April 6th. Here's just a taste of the saison-style beer that will be on tap at Off Color's Mousetrap.
Allagash Saison - Rustic and dry Belgian farmhouse-style ale. 6.1%
Allagash Shiro’s Delight - Mixed-fermentation ale wine barrel-aged on plums and Pluerries. Tart, spicy, and balanced. 9.3% ABV
Allagash The Stranger and the Crane - Roasty aromas and a hint of tartness. A dark saison with cranberries. 6.3% ABV
Allagash Darling Ruby - Farmhouse-style ale with grapefruit zest. Tart, fruity, dry.
Allagash Coolship Resurgam - Complex flavors including apricot and lemon zest define this tart, barrel-aged blend of spontaneously fermented beer. 6.3% ABV
Brewers' Bridge - The collaboration saison brewed by Allagash Brewing Company and Brasserie Dupont. Citrus, brioche, and peppery spice. 6.1% ABV
No tickets necessary. Just come out and bring a thirst for this quintessential Belgian style of beer.

A few weeks back a group of excellent women from the craft beer industry gathered at Skeleton Key Brewery to brew a Rustic Lithuanian Pale Ale called Hold My Crown in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society. Then special variants were made by 9 participating breweries.
Wolfden will be releasing our Passionfruit variant on Saturday April 6th!

Hops Into Spring is our celebration of the end of winter and beginning of spring - what better way than with good music, good beer, good food, and plenty of good times! This will be an indoor/outdoor event with a tented outside area that will be attached to our taproom. This event will feature a great lineup of bands and a plethora of exciting beer options. We not only be pouring over 40 different Short Fuse Beers but will also include guest taps from our fellow Illinois brewers (TBD).

Indoor/outdoor event. Tented outdoors. Rain or shine. - Food available for purchase - All beers are $5 all day (14oz pour) - Parking is available around our building for free plus pay to park options - Play it safe with the blue line or Uber/Lyft - Event starts at 2PM for VIP ticket holders and 3PM for general admission.

2:00 - 9:00 pm 🍺 Women of the House Beer Release, plus "Hold My Crown"

Join us for the release of Women of the House, our International Womens Day beer! Named after the record breaking number of women who were elected to political office last year, all proceeds will be donated to She Should Run and Pink Boots Society. She Should Run is a nonpartisan nonprofit that provides guidance and support to women considering a run for office. Pink Boots Society is a non-profit organization that assists, inspires, and encourages women beer professionals through education. ⁣⠀
We worked with women from All Rise Brewing Co., Finch Beer Co., Forbidden Root, On Tour Brewing Co., Rabid Brewing, and Virtue Cider to develop the recipe, select the name, and brew this beer. Brewed with Kviek yeast, Women of the House pale ale will be a juicy, sessionable beer with tropical and stone fruit characteristics.
We will also be tapping another Pink Boots Society Collaboration beer called Hold my Crown, a Rustic Lithuanian Pale Ale brewed at Skeleton Key with various local Chicago breweries.

TAP for TAF, a fundraiser for the Tippecanoe Arts Federation, is a beer tasting festival celebrating regional craft brews. Now in its eighth year, the event offers the opportunity to sample beers from Indiana brewers, enjoy an amazing view of our city, and support the arts in North Central Indiana.
